I’ve been a State Farm agent for 18 years and recently expanded by acquiring a second office. Today, our team includes nine team members across both locations, all working together to help our customers build stronger financial futures.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rachel FitzPatrick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
